During this crisis many companies have been able to ascend above it all and help those in need; But one company will never try to help anybody, even during this crisis. They will only cause more strife and issues for everyone during this disaster. It doesn't matter who you are, they hate everyone the same (but that's still a form of prejudice). That company is Apple! Apple has closed all of their stores down, in addition to their customer service is less than pathetic, and that's being generous. After talking to multiple "customer service representatives", they send an email for me to reply to, for an answer (that I might never receive), just for me to give the same information I already did multiple times. How is that in anyway Customer Service? Everything that they're doing is making me hate that disrespectful company, that I previously gave thousands of my dollars for their products in the past. I never want to buy another Apple product of any kind. I guess it makes sense their entire system is anything but customer friendly and now... so are they. With all the hoops they make us jump through because they are incapable of lifting a finger to help anyone in need (besides stock holders and millionaire's). I have to say this much and I hope everybody else agrees, Apple does not deserve any of our business ever again. What we have to do is get rid of it, go to Android, go to Google, or anything else besides Apple, because they are the issue. They are trying to make this pandemic last so that don't have to do squat and still get our hard earned money (for some it seems to be less and less every day). Anyone... Everyone... Just think about what companies have been there during this tribulation, if you have a brain and believe the same as me, close down every single Apple account you have, disconnect every phone and buy something besides these Satanic, Destructive and Cataclysmic Apple products. Let's get rid of the one pandemic we can. They only try to make what we are all going through, worse for everyone. We need to stop it before it spreads. Apple must die.

Water resistance is a marketing scam. My 18 months old XS fell in water for 3 seconds and stopped working. Genius manager told me he couldn't help because he wanted to sell more apple care+! I picked this phone and paid a lot of money for it specifically for this feature which turned out to be a complete marketing scam. Very disappointed and angry. I feel I was cheated because of false advertisement.
Dreadful customer service on a brand new faulty iPhone SE, plagued with problems & no one give a monkeys. The company is so big they just don’t care. I will never buy an apple product ever again.
I have purchased, iPhone 12 Pro. The screen mirroring sucks. It never connects to my tv.
Apple was a company that I trusted It is now a company that I don’t trust. They put software on their connectors so that third party cables don’t work. They slow down older versions of computers so that they are unusable that are otherwise perfect. Apple forces you to do software updates that you don’t want then force you to update otherwise the device won’t work. When you try to update you are forced to update the operating system then it says your computer is not compatible. Apple takes out your modem ( Time capsule) until you update even if you don’t want to. Now they are playing with the connectors- saying that there is “water detected “ so you think of updating your phone so you don’t have to connect to recharge battery. You are a den of thieves. Your Karma will come soon some day. It’s only a matter of time
M1 is coold CPU, for sure. However, why i can't use my egpu with it?? Why it lacks of normal dediated graphics??
Barely would give a 1 star, the customer service is absolutely horrendous! Phoned multiple times to get an answer for a simple query after sending a product for replacement. Just kept making excuses and wouldn’t phone back when they said they would. DO NOT recommend at all! The WORST customer service EVER!
Unable to reset Apple ID password, despite providing all the relevant information, credit cards that are no longer valid, proof of purchase etc, i Pad is essentially useless! Apple you are preventing my child access school, I appreciate Apple protecting my ID but not to the point that I can't access it.
I really love the new Mac designs, its just beautiful. The fact that they've made just a durable, light and thing design while still maintaining the USB C system is incredible. I have never had an issue with the USB system due to their being millions of compabilte systems that allow you to connect anything to your device. Making portability great.
Don’t know what all the bad reviews are about. Never had an issue with Apple, even the time my iPhone shipment was stolen. They sent a new one no question asked.
Incompetent MORONS!Just Order from a argos or curries instead as these people are...not smart...(cant use any stronger language)Literally just charged me £4 for nothing... they have abused the fact they know my bank details from a watch I purchased. I've not subscribed to anything or bought anything else but yet they decided to take £4 from my account FRAUDULENTLY!AVOID AT ALL COSTSNOT TO MENTION HOW HARD IT WSS TO ACTUALLY GET THE WATCH WHERE AS ARGOS WAS A SIMPLE NORMAL EXCHANGE. SHOPPING WITH APPLE IS THE SINGLE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN MY 33 YEARS.
